The fading Milky Way at the break of dawn over Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, USA. The Lower Yellowstone Falls drops 308 feet (94 m), almost twice as much as Niagara, and the Yellowstone river continues in a colorful valley known as the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. The colors in the canyon are the result of hydrothermal alteration.
