The nebulosity around Meissa (left) is also visible. The nebulae within the Loop are the Great Orion Nebula (M42), the Flame Nebula, and the Horsehead Nebula. The Running Man Nebula and M78 are also visible. Bright blue star Rigel, at Orion's knee, is on the right ad the red star Betelgeuse, at Orion's shoulder, is on the left.
