The total lunar eclipse of 2014 April 15 in the crystal clear night sky of Atacama Desert, Chile. The red eclipsed moon is next to bright white-blue star Spica in Virgo, and the red planet Mars, shining at its brightest, is less than 10 degrees away. In the middle the bright white "star" is planet Saturn. On the left the brightest part of the Milky Way (the galactic central bulge) is visible in the constellations Scorpius and Sagittarius.
