Kitt Peak All Sky - By: Babak A. Tafreshi
The night sky appear over the Kitt Peak Observatory in an all-sky fisheye view (fulldome). The Milky Way from the Summer Triangle (lower right) to Orion (upper left) is stretched over the lights of Tucson, some 70 km away, and Pheonix at the direct distance of over 170 km. Jupiter is the brightest object in the view, above Tucson light dome. Date: 2012 November 12
