Koala - By: Babak A. Tafreshi
The laziest animal on the planet? Koalas sleep for up to 22 hours a day and in their short breaks they eat gum leaves. Other top sleep-lovers are Opossum, Sloth, Hippo with up to 20h sleep. Human newborn babies are not far from this, sleeping 16-17h a day, if the parents are lucky! This Koala is photographed in Victoria, Australia.
