The Mammoth hot springs in the Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, USA. On the left is the 45-foot high Liberty Cap, an extinct hot spring cone. It stands as a monolithic sentinel to the terraces. Established in 1872 the Yellowstone is the world's earliest national park, known for its wildlife and geothermal features.
